Project management is the process of professional management applied to the planning, design and construction of a project from inception to completion. For the purpose of controlling schedule, scope of work, cost/budget and quality.

We coordinate and monitor the activities of all trades and subcontractors on a project. Job progress meetings are scheduled with all trades and subcontractors. We attend all project meetings with the architects/design team and clients to discuss progress, procedures, scheduling and coordination issues so that every task is done on time to meet our promised completion date.
