ADandC Management client and subcontractor portals were created to streamline flow of information to and from our clients and subcontractors, allowing homeowner and contractors to see project schedule, account balance, history and invoices. The portals utilize a web-based program designed to make all necessary documents easily and readily accessible from any remote location that has internet access. To access project information, please log in using the portals below.
     
  CLIENT PORTAL     CONTRACTOR PORTAL

This portal is accessible to all ADandC Management clients for their respective projects. All clients receive a login account and immediately have access.

All pertinent documents for the project including contracts, drawings, correspondence, change orders, invoices, photos, etc. will be contained on this secure site. Through this portal, clients can access drawings for review, review scope of change orders, review invoices, as well as many other convenient tasks. The electronic documents also cut down on the amount of paper flow, thus reducing waste as a part of ADandC Management’s green building commitment.
